Thanks for the E mail I'm happy for you to use the speech. I had to produce it in duplicate,also I was not to mention politics or religion. When I came forward to give the speech the buraucrat who was in charge told the interpretor the the speech was too long. So they must cancel it. However the organizer came up and overuled him.
